We also developed the special proprietary Dart Golf Ball, not to be by anyone else without our permission, the only ball that goes straight with every launch. As professional entertainment company we are the only ones providing Launch services traveling anywhere national and internationally from our home base in Las Vegas with full time launch professionals .

- Are you insured for Golf Ball Launching not for general liability?
- Is your equipment maintained after every event?
- Do your balls go straight, always hit the green - If someone tells you they use self correcting ball the launch straight- it's a lie because they only self correct when hit by a club and then max 25%
- Do you guarantee no wayward balls , absolute safety for people and structures - they can't because only our special ball has a stabilizer!
- Can you launch 350 yards straight without a spotter by the green? Is it really my ball? You know it is your ball with us because each golfer has a different color and flight - no cheating here!

Unfortunately it has come to our attention that a company in San Diego, JVD Golf Ball Air cannons, is promoting and sell the Dart Golf Ball as their own . This constitutes intellectual property theft . In addition this product is being used by a golf event company called Back Swing Events as "their custom ball" as well. We will prosecute this to the fullest extent according to the US law.
Neither on is acting with our consent or permission.
